American orders ship from our domestic warehouses in PA and AZ. Canadian orders ship from our Toronto warehouse.

Most orders of 44" and 94" panels ship via courier mail with no signature required. Tracking information is provided via email once your order is processed.

Large orders and all orders of the 106" boxes ship on a pallet with liftgate service and curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window.

Free shipping is available on orders of 2+ boxes of the 44" and 94" panels, or 5+ boxes of the 106.3" panels.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. We ship to all contiguous states and all Canadian provinces.

I have yet to receive my samples after 30 days. I called customer service and was told it would be some time before it came because it was coming from Canada. Why would I order the panels when I can’t get samples?
