We are a general contractor and just finished a project using the wide willow oak panels. The project turned out incredible. The product is very nice and well made. I'm glad we found this product and company. We will definitely be using their products going forward on other projects.
Our experience with Andorwillow has been exceptional from start to finish. The product shipped quickly, and we received regular updates on the delivery date. The quality of the panel construction, and the richness of the walnut wood truly impressed us. Installation only took a few hours, and the transformation of my work-from-home area is remarkable. We are now eagerly anticipating the arrival of the office furniture to complete the project.
This is a very low quality product. You are better off buying something similar on Wayfair at a fraction of the price. First, there were shipping issues and a portion of my order was heavily damaged. After, the numerous pictures required to get replacements they finally sent new panels. Of the panels that were left, here was the result….lots of variations in finish from panel to panel. I was thinking this was a premium product but it is not.

We are truly sorry that our panels and service have not been to your liking. We have replaced all damaged panels in your order and also issued a partial refund to address your concerns. White Oak is an organic material that does have some natural variation from piece-to-piece. This subtle variation between slats is one of the details that sets our panels apart from faux options like laminate or engineered wood, but we understand that it is not to everyone's taste.

Arrived in time and pretty easy to work with. I found I didn’t need to cut the felt backing with a knife once I placed a fine-tooth blade in my table saw. It cut wood and fiber nicely. I used a curly maple live edge board to break up the wall, plus for floating shelves.
These were a simple addition to this bar and made a huge impact. Not only do they bring modernity and interesting texture to an otherwise unremarkable surface, but they are also more durable and do not scuff easily like plain drywall.
I’m so happy with how the installation went with our beautiful wood wall panels. The product and quality and top notch. The oak wood wall slats are absolutely gorgeous in my living room and I could not be happier!

Even though there was a problem with the carrier. They pack the products well. Unfortunately the carriers have a way of beating them up. Richard helped me with all my problems with kindness and speed. I really love my slats walls!! Get so many compliments!!
These dividers are exactly what we needed to create a proper entryway in our home. We have a small space, and adding walls to make a mudroom/ entryway separate from the rest of the home wasn't our preference - that led me to some research and how I found Andor Willow. These dividers let natural light in and provide a lovely airy aesthetic. We went with black to match our black entrance door, and we love how it came together. Installation of 12 panels took us a few hours but was relatively easy with the template provided. One note, some of our dividers arrived with small signs of chipped paint, but an easy fix with touch up black paint. Worth the investment!
We love how this project turned out with the wide slat panels on our bedroom ceiling. It required some elbow grease but well worth it and the panels are such good quality.
I used the paintable slatted wall panels as a water-resistant front apron for my oval tub. They were very easy to work with and the flexibility allowed it to fit perfectly. Very happy with the end result!
In 2023 when we were looking to panel two walls in our home, Andor Willow was the only one with 9ft panels in a style we liked. When I was trying to figure out shipping because we were moving houses one of their representatives reached out proactively to see if I needed help. It was just a really positive and pain free experience. These panels do amazing to dampen sound from our TVs and look beautiful. I've gotten a number of compliments and will definitely be a repeat customer.
It was my first project using Andor willow panels and it came out great! Took me two days total - one for building a frame around existing hood and gluing panels, and second for painting. Very easy to work with and looks beautiful!
We are avid music people and look for ways to improve the sound in our listening space. I read reviews about the panels and how they can improve room acoustics. The panels alone will enhance a room's characteristics but more can be done. We put in 3.5" furring and wool insulation behind the panels. I was expecting a small improvement in sound but the change wasn't small at all. The improved sound was immediate and pronounced. Pieces of music we know well were like we've never heard them, especially in the detail that was apparent. Something we didn't know to expect was the much enhanced picture quality on the TV. The contrast, immersiveness, and feeling of "being there" was stunning. I thought I was imagining things but did a search and learned darker colors behind a TV can really improve the image. Lastly, the visual improvement of the space by the handsome walnut panels gives a beautiful and cozy feel to the room. No, Andor Willow did not pay for this review. We are truly pleased with what the panels did for music and our room.

We installed in our Primary Bedroom and we love it! My husband installed it without issue and remarked at the ease. Cutting out for the plugs was a little challenging but worked well. We love the wider design and the veneer on all three sides makes it look very finished. The room is noticeably more quiet as well. The one thing I have to “complain” about is that during the installation we managed to accidentally scratch a few of the boards. We were very careful but I think because of the dark stain, any scratches show up. Service, packaging, and shipping were all excellent.
Wide fluted panels worked exactly as we had imagined and hoped, couldn’t be happier.
When I remodeled my kitchen, I took down a main wall which not only allowed light but also a view straight in from the outside of my house. I wanted airflow, access to be a part of social gatherings when in the kitchen, but also privacy on my own terms from the street view. When I came across Andor Willow and these wall slats, everything I was needing my space to be was able to come true.
I gave the template the slats arrived with to my cabinet guy who used his C&C machine to fabricate 2 long pieces to ensure perfect spacing across the board. My contractor was a bit nervous at first wanting it all to come out perfect. But once he got started, it couldn't have been easier.
I am so in love with my slat wall. Everyone who comes over loves to turn them, make patterns, and overall just put their hands on them. It has elevated my space. Not only are they beautiful but functional as well.
I highly suggest using Feed-n-Wax to clean them. It brightens the wood and really gives them a gorgeous shine.
10/10 in my books!
My contractor loves this product! We are using it as an upper backsplash in my kitchen (not behind the oven or sink) and I’ll have enough to also panel powder bath. I was able to find similar products through lines our local stores carry, but they don’t ship to our region. Bead board panels aren’t the same.
I don’t have words to describe how beautiful our dining room turned out. We even installed sconces and an electrical outlet with triple checking measurements. The measurements and quality of the panels are precise and perfect. My only complaint is that even with caulking in the seems, they are visible. It’s not extremely obvious,but still noticeable. Otherwise, thank you for a gorgeous product!
Amazing quality! They can be stained, despite their official statement saying not to. I used Early American stain on the walnut and it looks amazing!
The panels worked great. I’ve attached a pic. I didn’t use the plastic joiner thingy after the first two panels, just found I didn’t need it but it did help in a section where the wall was wavy. I would purchase again and recommend to others. If I had to quibble, I guess I would say they had a little strong odor when I opened the box and cut some pieces to form, but that blew off after a few days.
We are quite happy with the product and installation, which was done by our GC as part of a kitchen remodel. He had never handled the product but was very pleased with the ease of install and final look. We rejected using the narrower product because it had too large a space-to-wood ratio - but this 2 inch wide version was terrific and also had a slightly narrower opening space between the slats. The delivery was fast with the exception of one box that was lost in transport. We were very pleased that your customer service was responsive in confirming the lost box and immediately sending us a replacement.
We had a good experience with receiving and installing the product. Some of the edges of the veneer were (very) slightly damaged, but in my opinion, not enough to warrant a refund/replacement. With the help of a laser level, the install was quick and easy. I've added some photos. I've recommended the product to several friends already.
