We are quite happy with the product and installation, which was done by our GC as part of a kitchen remodel. He had never handled the product but was very pleased with the ease of install and final look. We rejected using the narrower product because it had too large a space-to-wood ratio - but this 2 inch wide version was terrific and also had a slightly narrower opening space between the slats. The delivery was fast with the exception of one box that was lost in transport. We were very pleased that your customer service was responsive in confirming the lost box and immediately sending us a replacement.
We had a good experience with receiving and installing the product. Some of the edges of the veneer were (very) slightly damaged, but in my opinion, not enough to warrant a refund/replacement. With the help of a laser level, the install was quick and easy. I've added some photos. I've recommended the product to several friends already.
We attached the panels using construction glue and a nail gun- it was very easy to cut to size and then install. The panels are very consistent in look and have added depth to a focal wall in the primary bedroom. The process took us a full day as we were dealing with uneven ceiling heights, corners, baseboards and edging to a marble fireplace wall. But the product is fantastic. We love the look.
We are so glad we went with a qaulity product. It's exacrtly what we wanted and we'll most likely buy more and add to our wall.
We used the outdoor two sided facia boards to make shutters and they came out amazing!
I used the narrow slat panels to finish two rooms in a new build contemporary house and the look is phenomenal. The installation was very straight forward-I installed 28 panels in 9 hours by myself . If you want to dramatically change the look of your room these panels are the easiest and most cost efficient way to do it. The panels have a high quality finish and the felt backing provides effective sound proofing

We love our fluted panels! My carpenter thought they were an easy install. Only recommendation I have is to sell them by the panel instead of box. I have some leftovers and they are quite expensive to not use.
Our first order was damaged. But the free replacement order that Andor willow sent was great. Not one broken piece.

These wall panels were so easy to put up and they turned out beautiful! We did the scalloped panels and they are different than anything I’ve ever seen. We hung them with glue and caulked in between each panel before painting to make it all seamless.

My clients could not be more pleased with the transformation of their space! The wall panels worked great. We received them with no damage. I was worried about that since they are so thin but they are packed well. My wife and I installed them ourselves. We wanted to update the wainscoting in our office.
We installed this last year around October. We are very satisfied with the results. Our walls were longer so we added some modifications. Very good quality product.
I just finished building a bumped out TV and Fireplace wall in our living room. I fnished the wall with your wide plank walnut wall slats. As you can see by the picture, the end result was fantastic.
The product was easy to work with and cut like a dream. My only suggestion would be to add a corner piece to the product selection. I had to use two end pieces to butt join the side walls. A dedicated corner piece would've made life a bit easier. Anyway, Andor Willow provided a fantastic product.
I couldn’t be happier with these paintable ribbed wall panels! They were some of the most reasonably priced options I found online, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I hired a handyman to handle the installation, and after touching up the seams and the top of the wall with a little light caulking, the finished result was absolutely flawless.
The panels took paint beautifully, and the transformation they brought to my room is incredible. This feature wall has completely elevated the look of my space, and every time I walk into my house, I feel so excited and proud to see it!

The quality was great and there was no damage during delivery like we've had with competitors product. The 9' panels are a game changer when installing in larger rooms. We used them for a large, custom video wall in our design center with 16' ceilings. The install was easy and they look great.
Everything went swimmingly with our installation. Cutting them to size was easy with our hand saw, and we did all of the painting in our garage. We even cut out a small area for an outlet, which was much easier than expected, and drilled holes for our wall hooks. Once we were ready to put them up we used a high-tack adhesive (specifically, Loctite Power Grab Express All-Purpose Interior Construction Adhesive) to mount them to the wall, and once that was set, we added a trim piece along the top to finalize the look.
All in all (cutting, painting, mounting, and then some small touchups) it took 3 days for this project. I couldn't be happier with the result and with how easy this all was.
Absolutely love the panels. Really easy to work with. We got lots of samples from many other companies and these were by far the nicest walnut finish in that the color was deep and rich.
Very smooth installation. We colored it blue. Looked as expected. Easy to install.
Product functions well and looks good, but blemishes in the material take away from the finished look.
Delivery for the panels went smoothly and on time. The boxes were totally beat up upon arrival but the panels were intact. Installation went well, boards were cut perfectly well for seamless installation. These are delicate boards, however, and as they are installed in an entryway in my home, not sure how much they will be able to sustain traffic coming and going in the hallway. I'll add new pictures once the installation is complete.
There was an issue with the delivery. Some of the panels were damaged. But Richard expedited the delivery of the replacement panels. The panels look awesome after installation. Andor Willow is one of the only few companies that offer the slat panels in 2 inches in the black color I was looking for. Overall, I am very happy so far.
