Warranty

We stand by our products because we've seen, felt, and tested the difference first-hand. We work with only the best suppliers and manufacturers, and ensure the highest quality control standards throughout our supply chain.

We offer a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues during this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or affected parts. Due to the nature of materials used in our products, we cannot guarantee an exact match in the finish, sheen, or color of replacement parts.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any product that:

• Has not been installed or maintained according to our installation instructions and product guidelines
• Has been modified, misused, or subjected to abnormal use, impact, or air humidity levels over 50% or under 30% (for indoor products).
  
• Shows signs of wear and tear consistent with age or exposure
• Has been exposed to improper conditions inconsistent with the products intended use

All installation manuals include product-specific limitations and disclaimers that form part of this warranty. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all care, handling, and installation instructions provided.

Andor Willow is not responsible for labor, removal, installation, shipping, incidental, or consequential damages. Claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and supporting photos and in some cases, videos.
