I ordered four sets of the wide panels along with an end piece. While the panels appear to be of good quality, unfortunately, each one arrived with scratches, cracks, or other defects.
If you choose to purchase, I strongly recommend opening and inspecting every package immediately upon delivery. The company requires multiple photos of any damage to be submitted within a very short and somewhat unreasonable timeframe.
The company offered a 4% refund for the issues, which I found unacceptable and declined. I now have $1,150 worth of damaged panels installed on my wall. Proceed with caution.
We had a good experience with receiving and installing the product. Some of the edges of the veneer were (very) slightly damaged, but in my opinion, not enough to warrant a refund/replacement. With the help of a laser level, the install was quick and easy. I've added some photos. I've recommended the product to several friends already.
We attached the panels using construction glue and a nail gun- it was very easy to cut to size and then install. The panels are very consistent in look and have added depth to a focal wall in the primary bedroom. The process took us a full day as we were dealing with uneven ceiling heights, corners, baseboards and edging to a marble fireplace wall. But the product is fantastic. We love the look.
We are so glad we went with a qaulity product. It's exacrtly what we wanted and we'll most likely buy more and add to our wall.
We used the outdoor two sided facia boards to make shutters and they came out amazing!
I used the narrow slat panels to finish two rooms in a new build contemporary house and the look is phenomenal. The installation was very straight forward-I installed 28 panels in 9 hours by myself . If you want to dramatically change the look of your room these panels are the easiest and most cost efficient way to do it. The panels have a high quality finish and the felt backing provides effective sound proofing
I highly recommend these panels.
